All returns must have a return authorization number (RMA#) and be approved by Sidewall representative. Freight is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated by Sidewall. All returns are subject to
a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. All returns must be received within ten (10) days of ship date or they will not be accepted, no exceptions.
If you choose to exchange item(s), you must pay shipping and handling charges. All returns must be packaged carefully and shipped via insured US Mail or ground service with freight prepaid. DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK TO US C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns will NOT be accepted for installed items, custom parts, music CD, videos or worn/washed clothing and customer service retains complete discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges or credits. It is our goal to process all returns within 1 business day of receipt.
